Why??

I guess people would look at me sometimes and say why? Why should I workout at home when I can go to the gym and hire a personal trainer? Why should I do T25 to cross train when I am running 30-50-100 miles a week training for my next race? Why should I incorporate Shakeology into my life when I like to eat my food?

All of these questions are questions I have heard over and over again.
Why should I use a Beachbody program instead of going to the gym...
Well it's more cost effective is my number one answer. My hubs and I spent $80-100 a month for both of us to be members at a gym with childcare. Did I mention that the childcare opened at 8:30 so there was no 5 am workout option for me?? It also took me 15 minutes to drive there plus checking the kids into the kid care, 1 hour to run on the treadmill (because you know those weight machines are intimidating) get my kids and drive home when I could have gone into my garage and worked out for 25-40 minutes with a Beachbody program, whatever time fits best into my schedule. Did I mention that for my hubs to work out with a personal trainer it cost $800 and that was for 6 months going 2 times a week?? I'm in the wrong business right?? This was with a personal trainer who although he was there to keep people accountable only interacted with his "clients" when they were in a session. Beachbody coaches are available to their "friends" all the time!! If anyone in my challenge group needs anything I'm only a message away!
I preach T25 to all of my running friends!! Why??? Because I WAS running 100 miles a week for marathon training and even though I was cardiovascularly fit and ready to run my 48.6 miles over 4 days, I never saw any physical results until i did T25 for 2 weeks. I "thought" I was in good shape but I was physically weak. My legs could run for hours but I couldn't do a push-up! Cross training is KEY to being a successful runner. If you want to see changes in your fitness you MUST do more than the same thing over and over again!
Why should you incorporate Shakeology into your daily life? Honestly, because you will never be able to eat the amount of nutrient s that are in shakeokogy for the price and convenience of one shake! Do you want to eat 5 salads a day and take multiple vitamins and supplements? I sure didn't and even if you are eating clean, there is no way you are getting every single nutrient your body needs for optimum health. You see it isn't about being slim and trim. Shakeology does help people lose weight, but because your body is healing itself with the nutrients not because of the lack of food! Shakeology is about helping people be HEALTHIER!!!
A wise person said to me, if you want something bad enough, you will find a way to get it or do it! The best thing about Beachbody is that it has something for everyone!
Shakeology is for EVERYONE!!
There is a doable workout program for EVERYONE!!!
But do you really want to feel better? Do you really want to change your life? The question can only be answered by YOU. I want to help you, not because I think you need to change but because I know how much better you can FEEL! I am proof that drinking Shakeology every day and doing T25 or the 21 day fix WORKS! Am I perfect- ummm No! Do I like to exercise more than most people - absolutely, but I am still on my journey and that journey doesn't stop until I'm buried. I will try things and fail and keep trying until I am successful, so why can't you?? I'm sure you have a story of your own and you are on a journey too! Why not be on this journey together.
