Mondays roll around every week and a lot of people take the weekends off from EVERYTHING. They don't excercise, don't eat the way they should but you can always start over on Monday right???

Do you actually use your gym membership to it's full potential?? I didn't. For years, I belonged to a gym and I only used one piece of equipment- the treadmill. The only reason that I went was because they had child care and I didn't own a treadmill. There was a whole weight room and tons of classes but I never went to a single one. I think a lot of people are like me... The gym is intimidating!!

You walk in and feel like everyone is looking at you. Then you don't want to go over to the dark side (weight section) because you don't know what any of those machines do!! If you are anything like me, the classes are worse than the weights because you have two left feet and look like you are having a seizure trying to keep up with the instructor. Maybe you don't feel like that, but I sure did. And unless I was willing to pay ridiculous amounts of money for a trainer (sorry but it was a lot of $$) then I would have had to do it all on my own.
This is one of the reasons that I love my beachbody workouts so much! I can totally embarrass myself all in the comfort of my own home. If I want to lift weights, I can do P90x, ChaLEAN, or the 21 day fix. Cardio your thing (it's mine)? I can do T25 or Insanity. Do you like yoga but don't want to do it in front of people? Piyo is the workout for you!! You want to learn about nutrition and better ways to eat healthy...SHAKEOLOGY, Ultimate Reset and 3 day refresh have got you covered. I know what you are saying... I go to the gym to be social and interact with my friends.
CHALLENGE GROUPS!!!!!
When I went to the gym, I did everything alone (by choice) because I didn't want to share my struggles and be embarrassed. You can join a challenge group and be encouraged and motivated. There will be people to keep you accountable that care about you and your success!
I'm not saying that having a gym membership is bad...not at all. I just am saying that for the money you are spending are you actually using it. When you come home and are tired, do you get back in your car and drive there? Why not just pop in a DVD, save all that time driving around and actually DO YOUR WORKOUT!!
If you want to do that... Then I am here for you!
